Spring reboot with 25 Coffee Roasters

Spring is the perfect time to reset, add more lightness and vibrant colors to our lives. We’re finally leaving behind the winter evenings and hot spicy drinks that saved us from the cold. Now, we crave something different — gentle, sunny, fresh, and fragrant. And who are we to deny ourselves the pleasure? ;)

These three recipes are like a breath of spring air. They embody everything we love about this season: flowers, sunshine, bright hues, and lightness. Anchan, lavender, and apricot create unique flavors that are definitely worth trying. So, let’s go ahead and open a new season of our lives! ;)

Anchan Tonic — the refreshing hit of the season

Spring in indigo color? Yeah, this is the magic of anchan. A bright blue drink with citrus freshness, light sweetness, and a gradient effect that mesmerizes.

What you need:

— 5 g of dry anchan flowers
— 200 ml of water
— 50 g of sugar
— 150 ml of tonic
— Coffee of your choice

How to make it:

Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat, add sugar and stir until it dissolves completely. Add anchan, stir, and keep it on the heat for a couple more minutes. Remove from the stove, cover, and let it steep for 30 minutes.

In a glass with ice, pour the tonic and 25 ml of the anchan syrup, mix. Then gently add espresso or cold brew — and watch the magical gradient form.

Lavender Latte — tenderness in every sip

The perfect choice if you’re looking for comfort and a light floral mood. Not just a drink, but really an anti-stress remedy!

What you need:

— 1 tbsp dried lavender flowers
— 200 ml of water
— 50 g of sugar
— 200 ml of milk or 10% cream (for filter coffee or cold brew)
— Coffee of your choice

How to make it:

Pour cold water over the lavender, shake the container for a few minutes, and let it steep for 5 minutes. Then strain the infusion and bring it to a boil. Add sugar, reduce the heat, and stir until it dissolves completely.

In a glass with ice, pour 200 ml of cold milk or cream, add 50 ml of lavender syrup, and mix. Add espresso or 150 ml of cold brew. There you have your lavender love!

Apricot Cold Brew — a sunny vibe in your glass

Sunshine, lightness, and fruity tenderness — all in one drink. Apricot adds a soft sweetness to coffee, creating an entirely new level of flavor.

What you need:

— 18 g of dried apricots
— 18 g of ground coffee (medium grind for drip coffee or slightly coarser than sugar)
— 300 ml of water

How to make it:

Finely chop the apricots and place them in a container. Add the ground coffee and pour water at 90°C. Cover and leave it in the fridge overnight.

After steeping, strain the coffee through a paper filter or cheesecloth. Pour into a glass with ice or mix with tonic 1:1 — maximum freshness and fruity vibes!
